My passion for learning about change work was in 2017 when I was recovering from a long-term episode of anxiety and depression brought on by a very challenging job. I had weeks of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and had to wait weeks to access this through the NHS. Whilst it helped it just seemed that my recovery was taking a long time. Towards the end of this recovery phase a close friend of mine suggested that I should do a foundation diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Practice). I did and have never looked back.

Dear Mel Rodgers,
Still in shock. How quickly my past with hard childhood experiences which I was carrying on my chest was taking to small window and was allocated to a corner of the TV screen. It's still there but is not so "heavy" anymore.
For so many years I was struggling with the past and now is not there anymore.
